Tina and Amanda

Tina Louise (born Tina Louise) is an American writer, singer and actress most famous for her role as Ginger Grant in Gilligan's Island. The actress began her career as a stage artist during the 1950s starting with Two's Company a musical by Bettle Davis. She then acted in a number of Broadway performances before she was the most famous on stage with Li'l Abner in 1957. Within the same calendar year she debuted her debut music album called The album is Tina Time. Louise started her Hollywood career in 1958, when she played Griselda Walden in God's Little Acre, a film that was dramatic. It was a huge hit and Louise received the Golden Globe Award for the New Star of the Years category. She was enrolled at Actors Studio, New York during this period and became Lee Strasberg's teacher. The next role she starred in was from 1964, when she signed with CBS for the role of Ginger Grant in 1964. Louise maintained a successful career that combines Broadway TV with Hollywood and portraying an empathetic in contrast to the glamour doll image she was perceived. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. SG-1 and for her role as Helen Magnus in Sanctuary although during the past couple of years she has also made an impact as a director who has been successful in numerous well-known TV shows such as Supernatural as well as The 100. The family she was born into moved to Essex to Toronto in the year she was born, and there she resided for childhood and adolescence. When she was chosen to play the role of Samantha Carter, she moved to Vancouver in 1997 and has lived there for the last ten years.
